Shipping is free on all orders.
All orders are prepared and shipped only after payment has been confirmed. Because payments are verified manually, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before your order leaves our facility.
We ship within the United States only. Orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or branding on the outside of the package.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
