The bacteriostatic water sold by JAX Peptides is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is sold strictly as a laboratory research supply for reconstituting research peptides.
Bacteriostatic water is not a drug and is not intended for human or animal use, injection or consumption of any kind. It must be handled only by qualified researchers following standard laboratory safety practices.
Store bacteriostatic water at room temperature, away from direct light. Do not freeze it. Once a vial is opened, standard laboratory practice is to use it within 28 days and to discard any remainder after that period.
Always inspect the vial before use. Do not use the product if the seal is broken, the liquid is cloudy, or particles are visible.
Because bacteriostatic water is a sterile research supply, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials fall under the same return terms described in our Terms and Conditions.
